Farm Apo collects information you provide directly: account credentials (email, password), provider API keys (encrypted), automation configurations, and usage data. We do not collect financial account details — purchasing capital remains with your connected marketplace or provider.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide the Farm Apo service, process provider connections, execute your configured automation strategies, maintain security, and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Credential Security

Third-party API keys are encrypted using AES-256 envelope encryption. Keys are processed server-side only and never exposed in browser bundles or client-side storage. Desktop applications use native OS credential storage.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored in encrypted databases with row-level security. We use Supabase for authentication and database services. Data is processed in regions appropriate for your account.

5. Third-Party Services

Farm Apo connects to third-party data providers you configure. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external providers. Each provider's own privacy policy applies to data shared with them.

6. Analytics

We use privacy-conscious analytics that track product usage patterns (page views, feature usage) without capturing sensitive asset information or API secrets.

7. Your Rights

You can access, export, and delete your account data at any time. Deleting your account removes all stored credentials and configuration. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for service improvement.

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
