Farm Apo does not guarantee profits, returns, or positive outcomes. All trading and acquisition decisions carry risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Farm Apo is not a financial advisor.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for: configuring appropriate limits, complying with applicable laws, complying with platform terms of service, evaluating risks of automated actions, and maintaining security of your credentials.

Farm Apo connects to third-party providers. Your relationship with providers is governed by their terms. Farm Apo is not responsible for provider actions, outages, or data accuracy.

Demo mode generates simulated data for testing and demonstration. Demo data is clearly labeled and should not be confused with real account data.
